Iron's Technology URSA robotic cells are designed to automate the interlocking processes for the main recovery processes, thus reducing labor costs and increasing productivity.

Equipped with Fanuc M20ia-20M Robot with new R30iB - PLUS controller with fast and intuitive software, the Ursa are plug and play islands, compact and self-sufficient, able to operate in an integrated manner with the main CNC machines for the production of small and medium series .

The key and founding concept on which the study of URSA automated systems is based is "ready to use" concept. We wanted to develop the idea of ​​having, in a single piece of equipment, all the advantages of a complete robotic island, but ready to use and installable in a very short time.

The greatest advantage of the URSA is in fact the simplicity of installation, the possibility of working independently without the need for adaptations and on any machine tool. The practical ground references allow a fast and repeatable placement of the machine. The plug and play system also makes the electrical connection immediate, indeed it requires just the connection of a single connector.

Ideal for small spaces (footprint starting from 1.4 m²), the Ursa do not occupy the operator space, thus leaving the possibility of working on the machine tool in manual mode. The Fanuc Dual Check Safety system, combined with a laser scanner with 270° range, guarantees maximum safety and reduction of clutter, avoiding the fances use.

The Fanuc iR-Vision vision system locates the parts to be manipulated with repeatability and reliability.
